1.   Specify the person or the occasion that You want to use our services for.
2.   Define the type of Your gift or Your need /a bouquet, floral or gift basket, plant, floral decoration or something else.../

4.   If you have any doubts considering p.2 just contact us and we will advice and offer You a solution based on Your needs and preferences.
5.   Make Your order on-line on www.belissimagroup.com or contact us on +359 2 958 58 77. You have to define the payment method too - via bank transfer /1 day before the delivery date/ or delivery payment.
6.   Specify the exact date, hour, address, recipient and a contact telephone number. It is required to submit this information in a very detailed and exact manner in order for us to guarantee the delivery.
7.   You will receive a confirmation of Your order via e-mail or phone call. The delivery is made up to 48 hours after receiving the confirmation of Your order. For Your convinience, we also offer an express delivery including additional payment.
8.   Receive the ordered products or accept the gratitude and appreciation from the recipient of Your gift.

The delivery of bouquets, floral or gift baskets, and floral decorations is made in Sofia every day between 9 am and 7 pm and is included in charge of orders equal or more than 30 BGN. For a delivery not included in this time interval, we offer the following charge:
